They have already been doing this for years, but they keep putting articles like this one as if it has never been done and they just came up with this idea for the first time. All you have to do is look outside and see the grids of long lasting (hours) chemical trails left behind and spreading with the wind. If truly they were con trails, they would of evaporated in minutes, not hours.
