Pratt, Jr., was controller of IBM from 1949 to 1962; he is now a director of Chase Manhattan Bank, General Motors, International Paper, the Business Council and the Business Roundtable, two Establishment organizations; he is also chairman of the Emergency Committee for American Trade. Pfizer's president is Gerald Laubach, who joined Pfizer in 1950; he is a member of the council of Rockefeller University, and director of CIGNA, Loctite, and General Insurance Corporation; Barber Conable is director of Pfizer; he was a Congressman representing New York from 1965 to 1985, which would indicate a close Rockefeller connection; Conable is now president of the World Bank.
Other directors of Pfizer are Joseph B. Flavin, chief operating officer of the 21/2 billion a year Singer Company. In most cases, only one Rockefeller connection is needed to assure control of a corporation.

In our ongoing series about the Covid-19 outbreak and its multi-dimensional manifestations, we have termed it a bio-psy-op. An academic paper produced by a Federal Reserve economist posits the socio-political effects of the 1918 flu pandemic as a factor contributing to the rise of Nazism in Germany. Cited by numerous publications, including The New York Times, Bloomberg News and Politico, the study underscores some of our assertions concerning the fascist and extreme right-wing ramifications of the pandemic,(here).
The paper, published this month, authored by New York Fed economist Kristian Blickle, examined municipal spending levels and voter extremism in Germany from the time of the initial influenza outbreak until 1933, and shows that ‘areas which experienced a greater relative population decline’ due to the pandemic spent ‘less, per capita, on their inhabitants in the following decade.’ . . .The paper’s findings are likely due to ‘changes in societal preferences’ following the 1918 outbreak, Blickle argues — suggesting the influenza pandemic . . . may have ‘spurred resentment of foreigners among the survivors’ and driven voters to parties ‘whose platform matched such sentiments.’ The conclusions come amid fears that the current coronavirus pandemic will shake up international politics and spur extremism around the world, (here).

Recently, the Center for Health Security has received questions about whether that pandemic exercise predicted the current novel coronavirus outbreak in China. To be clear, the Center for Health Security and partners did not make a prediction during our tabletop exercise. For the scenario, we modeled a fictional coronavirus pandemic, but we explicitly stated that it was not a prediction. Instead, the exercise served to highlight preparedness and response challenges that would likely arise in a very severe pandemic. We are not now predicting that the nCoV-2019 outbreak will kill 65 million people. Although our tabletop exercise included a mock novel coronavirus, the inputs we used for modeling the potential impact of that fictional virus are not similar to nCoV-2019.

Israeli military intelligence biowarfare specialist Dany Shoham is the source linking the CV virus Washington Times claimed escaped from the Wuhan University biolab. Shoha told Washington Times: “Certain laboratories in the [Wuhan] institute have probably been engaged, in terms of research and development, in Chinese [biological weapons], at least collaterally, yet not as a principal facility of the Chinese BW alignment.”
While Shoham’s claims are clearly speculative, it is telling that the Washington Times would bother to cite him at all, especially given the key role Shoham played in promoting false claims that the 2001 Anthrax attacks was the work of Iraq’s Saddam Hussein. Shoham’s assertions about Iraq’s government and weaponized Anthrax, which were used to bolster the case for the 2003 invasion of Iraq, have since been proven completely false, as Iraq was found to have neither the chemical or biological “weapons of mass destruction” “experts” like Shoham claimed.
Beyond Shoham’s own history of making suspect claims, it is also worth noting that Shoham’s previous employer, Israeli military intelligence, has a troubling past with bioweapons. For instance, in the late 1990s, it was reported by several outlets that Israel was in the process of developing a genetic bioweapon that would target Arabs, specifically Iraqis, but leave Israeli Jews unaffected.

Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) is an agency of the United States Department of Defense responsible for the development of emerging technologies for use by the military. Research conducted by the Pentagon, and DARPA specifically, has continually raised concerns, not just in the field of bioweapons and biotechnology, but also in the fields of nanotechnology, robotics and several others. DARPA, for instance, has been developing a series of unsettling research projects that ranges from microchips that can create and delete memories from the human brain to voting machine software that is rife with problems.
Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations (CEPI) ...which describes itself as “a partnership of public, private, philanthropic and civil organizations to finance and co-ordinate development of vaccines against high priority public health threats” [editor's note: substantiating advanced viruses to substantiate vaccines for them] ... was founded in 2017by the governments of Norway and India along with the World Economic Forum, and Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. CEPI announced it would fund three separate programs in order to promote development of a vaccine for the new coronavirus responsible for the current outbreak.
CEPI’s recent announcement revealed that it would fund two pharmaceutical companies – Inovio Pharmaceuticals and Moderna Inc. – as well as Australia’s University of Queensland, which became a partner of CEPI early last year. Notably, the two pharmaceutical companies chosen have close ties to and/or strategic partnerships with Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) and are developing vaccines that controversially involve genetic material and/or gene editing.
DARPA and the Pentagon’s past history with bioweapons and their more recent experiments on genetic alteration and extinction technologies as well as bats and coronaviruses in proximity to China have been largely left out of the narrative, despite the information being publicly available. Also left out of the media narrative have been the direct ties of both Fort Detrick's United States Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases (USAMRIID) and DARPA-partnered Duke University to the city of Wuhan, including its Institute of Medical Virology.
Inovio was also recently awarded over $8 million from the U.S. military to develop a small, portable intradermal device for delivering DNA vaccines jointly developed by Inovio and United States Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases (USAMRIID).
Fauci directs National Institute of Allergies and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) with a $7 billion dollar budget. NIAID, along with U.S. Department of Defense and Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) have all awarded grants to Inovio Pharmaceuticals.
